After completing a Bachelor of Commerce in 1995, Jason embarked on a career in finance with Macquarie Bank, Sydney. This career in investment and commercial banking saw Jason work for some of the industry's top institutions both in Australia and in the United Kingdom and he quickly gained a reputation for his strength in sales and his ability to build exceptional client relationships.
On returning to Australia in 2001, Jason was again secured by Macquarie Bank to work with a specialist banking team focusing on the real estate industry. In 2010 Jason became the National Head of Real Estate Services for the Westpac Banking Corporation. Without a doubt he has enjoyed success in the real estate industry because of his focus on understanding his clients circumstances and needs. This success was recognised when he was the recipient of the Alfred Davidson award for being in the top 1% of performers across Westpac.
After more than a decade of working hand in hand with the real estate industry this inspired Jason to become a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer in 2010, fuelling his already passionate interest in this field and laying the foundations for a new career.
Over the years Jason has built an appreciation of the importance of investing in deep and enduring relationships. Jason prides himself on taking time to get to know his clients and keeping abreast of the ever changing market. He is proactive in creating individual solutions that consider all of his clients needs. His style is to bring professional warmth to his relationships whilst being passionate and enthusiastic and always achieving a sustainable outcome for everyone.

Immediately after high school, Jessica knew she wanted to pursue a career in real estate.
Commencing in the commercial property and finance sector she learnt foundations of business, the value of building client relationships, developing marketing campaign options and sales plans. Jessica then made the decision to transition to residential sales.
In 2017, Jessica joined Century 21 Northside, Lindfield as a Sales Associate with Jason Roach, Principal and Centurion producer.
