Paul Kantor is an Associate Director at Richardson and Wrench Double Bay and has been a star performer since he joined the team in 1994. A professional approach and sincere desire to provide clients with premium service are second nature to Tim who joined Richardson and Wrench following a 14-year sales career in media, advertising and sports marketing. Tim initially worked in London before moving back to Sydney and climbing the corporate ladder with News Corporation as part of a sales team to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
Tim's excellent communication skills, disciplined attitude and natural ability to listen is fundamental to his role in the Richardson and Wrench Sales Team, focusing on buyer management and support. Tim enjoys engaging with buyers during the sale of a client’s home and seeing the process through from inspection, to sale, to settlement.

A lifelong resident of the Eastern Suburbs, Tim knows the area well having grown up in Rose Bay, Woollahra and Paddington, attending Double Bay Public School and then Cranbrook. Fit and active with a passion for surfing, Tim completed a BA of Sport and Exercise Science before embarking on his sales career. Away from the office, he enjoys keeping fit by surfing at eastern suburbs famous beaches.
