"James, I'd like a place close to the sea, near Waipu Cove preferably, but a bit rural, maybe just under an acre, must be level, but must be elevated, north facing and have a big wide view, be able to see those magic Whangarei Heads, the Estuary, River mouth and those fabulous dunes. Some good extra flat area would be nice too, for an extra cabin, shed, tents over summer etc. No annoying covenants thank you. Something solid, made of brick would be great. Oh yeah and a short cut close by to the estuary and that fab beach, actually near the cycleway would be good too so we can scoot off to grab a coffee at the cove. That's not too much to ask, is it-"
