Leigh Martinuzzi is a degree qualified professional with extensive experience in marketing, management, education and sales. Leigh began his real estate career in 2013. Within his first 6 months, Leigh won the Top Sales Award and was also awarded as Queensland’s number two Top Exclusive Lister and Queensland’s number three Top Lister. With a strong focus on providing his clients with ‘World Class’ service Leigh’s personal mission is to continue to learn and set new standards in real estate sales.

After completing a Bachelor Degree with majors in Marketing and Management, Leigh had a successful career managing million-dollar business operations within the grocery retail sector. Leading and training large high performing teams and consistently exceeding profit and loss targets.
In late 2015 Leigh was offered an opportunity to travel and work in Japan. For 2 years he and his family enjoyed a fantastic cultural experience. Leigh worked as an English teacher for Usui UNESCO while his children attended local Japanese Schools. Having returned to Australia, Leigh and his family have decided to make Palmwoods their home. Leigh’s wife Anita operates her own cleaning business in the area and their children attend the local state school and kindergarten.
Leigh enjoys public speaking, writing and podcasting and for the last three years has hosted a highly rated podcast and website – The Hidden Why. He has published a number of books including You Only Get One Chance and Delegate to Freedom. He is currently working on publishing his third book, The Ultimate Life Map. Outside of spending time socialising with family and friends Leigh loves to learn, read, swim, run, cook and occasionally do yoga. Leigh also enjoys supporting local community and local businesses.
